Dear Customer,

Earlier this week, public authorities in Canada and the United States announced the necessity for workplaces and companies to temporarily cease their activities. These public bodies each published an official list describing the lines of business that are now considered essential services.

Yesterday, many provincial governments asked businesses in nonessential sectors to temporarily close until April 13.

We would like to inform you that due to our strong presence in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, Labelink is part of the supply chain of essential services.

We are fully operational and at your service during the crisis to provide you with the labels and shrink sleeves you need.

Subject: Coronavirus and Business Continuity

As a result of the current outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), there have been concerns regarding possible supply disruptions.

Labelink is a North American leader with 6 locations across Canada and the United States with a diverse portfolio of printing solutions for multiple industries. Labelink takes great care in managing operations to ensure business continuity through supply chain management and internal human resources procedures.

Supply chain management

Labelink uses North American manufactured raw materials. We have already secured our chain of supply by getting written confirmation that our raw material suppliers have contingency supply plans in place and buffer stocks in various locations in North America.

At Labelink, we maintain a full quality assurance system that complies with all requirements of IFS PACsecure, HACCP, including GMP’s for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and food-based industries.

Moreover, Labelink utilizes multiple transport carriers and is therefore able to secure alternative transport capacity, if needed.

HR operations and procedures

At Labelink, the safety and well-being of our employees is a top priority. As such, all our protocols have been reviewed and employees informed to ensure they remain healthy. At this time, there is no reason to suspect any impact on our capacity to manufacture and deliver labels, shrink sleeves, sachets, pouches and RFID labels products to our loyal customers.

Labelink will continue to actively monitor the situation as it evolves and take all necessary preventive actions, following the guidance of the World Health Organization and Government authorities.
