Produced for Appalaches Nature, this long-run shrink sleeve required advanced technical expertise, from file preparation to press testing. The main challenge was to preserve the integrity of the brand’s beige background, despite the sleeve being applied to a transparent container filled with dark syrup. To achieve this, an opaque white layer was carefully integrated.

The project also involved several functional requirements, including a transparent window to showcase the product and a zipper-style perforation to make the sleeve easier to remove after use. Multiple press trials were needed to validate the performance of the inks and perforations during the heat-shrinking process. The ink had to remain intact without cracking, while the micro-cuts had to hold throughout production.
